Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Global Program Manager for our Services Partner Program to drive strategy, evolution, and scale. You will work with channel management, channel sales engineering, channel operations, and professional services to optimize the program and its outcomes.

You will own partnerships with global teams, surface insights from partners, manage issues end-to-end, and deliver executive-ready reporting to inform strategic decisions and measure health through KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience working for or with Partners in channel or alliance roles.
• 3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with influence across boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diplomacy.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program to stay competitive, relevant, and scalable.
• Identify gaps and optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
• Partner with global enablement teams to empower Channel Teams and Partners.
• Maintain engagement with Zoom Partners and surface insights shaping program direction.
• Manage partner issues end-to-end and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support program execution and governance.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, insights, and program recommendations.
• Establish and report KPIs reflecting program health and impact.
