Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Remote Key Account Representative to manage regional semiconductor customers and drive growth. This role focuses on delivering orders, revenue, and margin improvements across defined accounts with a target to expand the company’s footprint in the market.

The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$120,000 with total target compensation of $157,000–$170,000 including SIP, plus comprehensive benefits and a remote-friendly setup. Travel up to 45–55% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Science required.
• 3+ years of sales/key account management experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, structured thinking and proactive.
• Proven ability to build sustainable relationships and leverage insights to drive solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 45–55% and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies and plans to achieve orders, revenue, and margin projections.
• Negotiate and implement commercial terms with assigned accounts.
• Monitor competitive activity and report insights to the Global Account Manager.
• Maintain customer profiles and SWOT including sites and contacts.
• Coordinate with Marketing, SLS, and Operations to identify unmet needs and drive new product development.
