Responsibilities

• Implement account strategies and plans to achieve orders, revenue, and margin projections.
• Communicate and implement negotiated commercial terms.
• Monitor competitive activity and report to Global Account Manager.
• Maintain customer profiles and SWOT, including sites, contacts, and sales potential.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SLS, and Customer Service to meet unmet customer needs and drive new product development.
