Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead post-transition SAP operations across multiple sites for major clients. You will run, maintain and support technology projects, delivering quality SAP services and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and customer support operations experience.
• Understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality support and resolving issues within key business processes.
• Providing hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, OTC).
• Contributing to continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensuring adherence to service level agreements and OLAs.
• Leading cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Serving as an escalation point for complex issues and root cause analysis.
• Partnering with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
