Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience or running SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Technology Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality SAP support and resolving issues within core business processes.
• Providing hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/Procurement/OTC).
• Driving continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Leading cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
