Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Support Services/SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP operations and managed services post-transition. You will run, maintain, and support technology projects, delivering quality SAP services across Finance, SCM, Procurement, or OTC domains.

The role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with global teams. The position offers a hybrid work model with travel to client sites as needed, and EY’s Global Services framework guides continuous improvement and value

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) is required.
5–7 years of SAP Operations experience.
Expertise in Application Management is essential.
Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one core domain (FICO/SCM/Procurement/OTC).
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
Serve as escalation point for complex functional and operational issues, driving root cause analysis.
Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
