Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP operations and managed services across global client teams. You will oversee post-transition support, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive automation initiatives within SAP landscapes including FICO, SCM, and OTC.

The role emphasizes people leadership, offshore/onshore coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment. Travel may be required to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one core domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Lead and manage cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met and drive root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
