Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Support Services professional to lead SAP delivery and operations within our Technology Operations Managed Services. You will manage post-transition SAP projects, ensure successful deployment to users, and drive automation at scale while balancing people leadership with hands-on functional delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience, SAP ERP/S/4HANA expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in Application Management and SAP Managed Services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one core domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across SAP services.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams and manage offshore resources.
• Escalate complex issues and partner with clients to realize value.
