Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to supervise SAP operations and post-transition support across global teams. This role emphasizes hands-on SAP ownership, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and offshore delivery to maximize value for clients.

The position requires deep SAP functional knowledge in at least one area (FICO/SCM/OTC), ITIL processes, and proven stakeholder management skills. Expect a hybrid, client-facing environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, no less than 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and Agile methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Solid understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
• Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations.
• Experience in Technology Service Management is necessary.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Triage skills.
• Excellence in Building and Managing Relationships.
• Ability to establish Client Trust and Value.
• Strong communication skills and Digital Fluency.
• Learning Agility to adapt to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues; drive root cause analysis and solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
