Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations to lead and coordinate SAP managed services for large clients. The role blends people leadership with hands-on SAP functional delivery, ensuring successful post-transition support and project deployment to users.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in SAP Operations, strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, SCM, OTC), and experience managing distributed teams. Travel to client sites may be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in SAP Operations or SAP Projects.
• Expertise in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality SAP support and resolving issues within key business processes.
• Providing hands-on SAP functional leadership in Finance, SCM, Procurement, or OTC.
• Leading continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs set by service delivery.
• Managing cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Escalating complex issues and driving root cause analyses for sustainable solutions.
• Partnering with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
