Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations or SAP projects experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and support operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one core domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, OTC).
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs for service delivery.
• Manage cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
