• Data delivery and management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution in core business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/Procurement/OTC).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met across delivery teams.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business value.
