EY is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Sales Transformation Program, aimed at professionalizing sales and aligning technology with client initiatives. You will own complex programs, coordinate with EY teams and Clients & Industries stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes across regions.

The role requires extensive program management, sales experience, and the ability to work across time zones with a global mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, flexibility to work extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and drive multiple complex programs including scope, time and budget plans, resourcing, risk mitigation, activation and ROI analysis.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committee sessions globally with EY and Clients & Industries stakeholders.
• Develop and connect EY’s program facets using in-depth business knowledge, facilitating collaboration and co-creation of program deliverables.
• Share success stories and build momentum across regional Clients and Industries teams.
