Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive a global Sales Transformation initiative from the Hoboken office. You will coordinate complex programs, align the sales and technology roadmap, and oversee ROI analyses across multiple regions.

Applicants should have 10–12 years in complex sales enablement, a bachelor’s degree, and strong change leadership with a global mindset. Expect extended hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.

Qualifications

• Exceptional program management skills and experience leading large-scale programs.
• Functional sales experience and/or understanding of sales enablement.
• Proven change leadership with business agility and adoption focus.
• Ability to influence across cultures and manage a broad network.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups, and steering sessions globally.
• Develop program scope, timelines and budgets, with ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with EY teams and Clients & Industries to co-create program deliverables.
