Job summary

EY is seeking a senior program leader to drive the Sales Transformation initiative, shaping EY’s sales strategy, practices and value delivery. You will own complex programs, define scope, timelines and budgets while coordinating global stakeholders across regions and functions.

You will develop a deep understanding of EY’s business, leverage technology and data, and lead change initiatives to accelerate growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to client needs across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committee sessions globally.
• Own and drive complex programs including scope, time and budget plans, resourcing, risk and ROI analysis.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of the program to connect all facets and apply EY business knowledge across regions.
