Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Sales Transformation professional to lead global programs that transform EY’s sales approach and capabilities. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets and ROI analyses while coordinating with Clients & Industries teams worldwide.

You will plan stakeholder meetings, steering committees and working groups, synthesize inputs, and connect program outputs to business value, fostering adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to client time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex programs including scope, time and budget plans.
• Develop resourcing plans, risk mitigation strategies and ROI analysis.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committees globally.
• Connect EY capabilities across regions to deliver program outputs and value.
