Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale sales transformation programs with defined scope, timeline and budget.
• Plan, run stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committees globally.
• Develop comprehensive program delivery plans and risk mitigation strategies.
