Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Sales Transformation initiative in the United States. This role reports to the Sales Transformation Program Lead and will own complex programs spanning scope, time, budgets, resourcing, risks and ROI analyses.

You will work with EY and Clients & Industries stakeholders globally, shaping the future of EY’s sales operating model, culture and client value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10-12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sales enablement programs with defined scope, schedule and budgets.
• Plan stakeholder meetings, steering committees and working groups across regions.
• Develop program deliverables, ROI analyses and activation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with Talent, Technology and Sales initiatives.
