Job summary

EY is seeking a senior-level program manager to lead the Sales Transformation initiative, shaping EY’s sales approach and enablement globally. You will manage scope, timelines and budgets, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive adoption of new processes and tools across regions.

The role requires leading large-scale programs, strong business acumen, and a global mindset to collaborate across cultures while delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex programs including scope, time and budget plans.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups, and steering committees globally.
• Develop understanding of EY’s business and apply program outputs across regions.
