Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, flexibility to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a number of complex programs including project scope, time and budget plans, resourcing plans, risk and mitigation strategies, program activation plans, communication plans, and ROI analysis.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups, and steering committee sessions globally with EY and Clients & Industries stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program to connect all facets, applying EY’s business knowledge and operating effectiveness.
