EY is seeking a leader to drive the Sales Transformation Program, transforming EY’s sales approach globally. You will own programs from scope through ROI analysis, align with technology roadmaps, and work across regions to deliver consistent client value.

The role requires exceptional program management, a global mindset, and the ability to navigate across cultures and time zones. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with project management qualifications preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10-12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, flexibility to work extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive a number of complex programs including project scope, time and budget plans, resourcing plans, risk and mitigation strategies, program activation plans, communication plans, and ROI analysis.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups, and steering committee sessions globally with EY and Clients and Industries stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program to connect all facets, applying knowledge of EY’s business, resources, and operations.
