EY is seeking a strategic leader to drive Sales Transformation programs across the US, advancing EY’s sales approach and operating model. You will own multi-region initiatives, coordinating scope, timelines and resources with stakeholders globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience
• Flexibility to work extended hours across time zones
• PM qualifications preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead large scale programs with defined scope, time and budget plans
• Plan and run stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committees
• Develop program understanding and connect EY’s business resources across regions
• Capture and share success stories and tangible program outputs
