Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive standardization, and enable regional leaders to execute against a unified process.

You will partner with P and executive leadership to drive globally consistent decision-making, optimize capacity, and ensure data integrity across systems and reports.

Qualifications

7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
Experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of consulting/delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Build and lead Rubrik's global resource management and capacity planning system.
Drive global process standardization across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Champion automation to reduce manual effort and accelerate core business cycles.
Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR leaders for global enablement.
Lead sub-contractor ecosystem integration to scale capacity.
Provide executive reporting on utilization, forecasts, and talent distribution.
