Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for its Global Professional Services Organization. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, standardize processes, and partner with executives to drive data‑driven decisions.

You will champion PSA-driven workflows, data integrity, and scalable capacity planning, while coordinating with Finance and HR to optimize talent distribution and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
• Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a Consulting/Delivery team.
• Proven ability to build and manage a global resource management/capacity planning system and team for a Professional Services business.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Development: Build and operate a high‑performing resource management system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Global Process Standardization & Governance: Drive cross‑regional alignment and enable ownership of the global process.
• Operational Efficiency & Automation: Champion PSA implementation to reduce manual effort and accelerate cycles.
• Data Integrity & BI: Ensure clean, harmonized data for global leadership decision‑making.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership to enable global stakeholders.
• Sub-Contractor Ecosystem Management: Manage external partners as an extension of the Consulting team.
• Executive Reporting: Provide visibility and recommendations on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
