Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with PS leadership, Finance, and HR to enable scalable delivery.

The role focuses on capacity forecasting, data integrity, and an ecosystem of sub-contractors to meet demand.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA and AI.
• Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a Consulting/Delivery team.
• Demonstrated success building and managing a global resource management/capacity planning system and team for a Global Professional Services business.
• Significant executive-level exposure with ability to present complex data and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik’s Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive operational alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC and enable regional leaders to own execution of a global resource management process.
• Champion process design and implement a PSA as the system of record to eliminate manual effort and accelerate cycles.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds into leadership dashboards for global decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to deepen cross-functional process ownership and enable global stakeholders.
• Lead and integrate a robust sub-contractor ecosystem as a direct extension of the consulting team.
• Provide executive visibility and strategic recommendations on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
