Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and run the resource management and capacity planning function for its Global Professional Services Organization. You will establish the systems, drive alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, and partner with P and Executive leadership to enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee sub-contractor ecosystem, implement a PSA as the system of record, and provide executive reporting on utilization, capacity

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
• Experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and manage global resource management systems.
• Executive-level presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with PSA and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion operational efficiency and automate core cycles, including capacity planning and forecasting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR and leadership to enable global stakeholders.
• Manage and lead a sub-contractor ecosystem integrated with Rubrik Consulting.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations on utilization and talent distribution.
