Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to architect and run a unified resource management and capacity planning program for Global Professional Services. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive governance, and enable delivery leaders to own global standards with data integrity and scalable processes.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and PS leadership to optimize utilization, forecast demand, and report insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations using PSA/AI.
• Experience leading sub-contractor ecosystems as an extension of consulting/delivery teams.
• Proven ability to build and manage a global resource management and capacity planning system with executive-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion operational efficiency and automation, selecting systems of record to accelerate cycles.
