Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Global Resource Leader to architect and run resource management and capacity planning for our Global Professional Services. You will align NAM, EMEA and APAC, standardize processes, and drive data-driven, globally consistent decision-making across leadership.

You will lead a cross-functional team, optimize the contractor ecosystem, and implement automation and BI to accelerate cycles. A strategic partner to executives, you’ll shape capacity and talent deployment globally.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct resource management, capacity planning, or PS ops experience

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and operate a global resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, APAC
• Champion process design and contribute to PSA as the system of record
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance and HR to enable global stakeholders
• Lead sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of Consulting/Delivery teams
• Provide executive visibility and strategic recommendations on utilization and capacity forecasts
