Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Global Resource Leader to establish and scale our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC operations, drive data integrity, and partner with executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.

In this role, you will champion automation, implement a PSA as the system of record, and manage a robust sub-contractor ecosystem to ensure global capacity meets demand with precision.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
• Experience leading sub-contractor ecosystems as an extension of delivery teams.
• Proven ability to build and manage a global resource management system.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing global resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Professional Services.
• Drive global process standardization across NAM, EMEA, and APAC and enable regional leaders to execute.
• Design and implement automation and a PSA as the system of record for capacity planning.
• Ensure data integrity and harmonized BI for leadership decision-making.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership.
• Oversee sub-contractor ecosystem and integrate external partners into global capacity.
• Provide executive-level reporting on utilization, forecasts, and talent distribution.
