Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Global Resource Leader to build and guide our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services organization. You will lead cross-regional alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC and partner with P&L and executive teams to drive data-driven decision making.

You will establish systems of record, drive automation, and ensure data integrity while scaling global capacity through strategic partnerships with Delivery, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management or capacity planning.
• Experience in professional services operations leveraging PSA and AI.
• Executive-level exposure and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resource management and capacity planning system for Global Professional Services.
• Standardize global processes across NAM, EMEA, APAC.
• Drive automation and system of record implementation to reduce manual work.
• Ensure data integrity and provide leadership with actionable BI insights.
• Manage sub-contractor ecosystem to scale global capacity.
