Job summary

Rubrik in the United States seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and run our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent processes, data integrity, and scalable capacity.

The role partners with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR, leads a sub-contractor ecosystem, and reports to the VP of Global Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
• Experience leveraging PSA’s and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and operate a global resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC with a defined global resource management process.
• Champion process design and support implementation of PSA as system of record.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
