Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and run our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will establish the systems, drive alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, and partner with senior leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

In this role you will lead a cross-functional team, oversee subcontractor relationships, and champion automation and data integrity to accelerate delivery and scale global capacity.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in resource management or capacity planning.
• Direct experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem.
• Global resource management experience for professional services.
• Executive-level data presentation and stakeholder influence.
• Extensive cross-functional partnering across global teams.
• Strong knowledge of automation, BI and AI in ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource management and capacity planning for Rubrik's Global PSO.
• Standardize governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Drive PSA implementation as the system of record for capacity planning.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data for leadership decision making.
• Collaborate with PS Delivery, Finance and HR to enable ownership.
• Manage and integrate a sub-contractor ecosystem.
• Provide executive visibility on utilization and forecasts.
