Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and run the resource management and capacity planning function for its Global Professional Services organization. You will standardize processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to reduce regional friction and improve data integrity.

You will champion automation and a PSA system of record, delivering clean data and insights that guide global leadership in utilization and talent decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations using PSA and AI.
• Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a Consulting/Delivery team.
• Industry expertise building resource management/capacity planning systems for Global Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Standardize processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC and enable regional leaders to execute the global process.
• Drive automation and implement a PSA as the system of record to eliminate manual effort and accelerate cycles like capacity planning and forecasting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds leadership for globally consistent decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to deepen cross-functional process ownership and enable global stakeholders.
• Manage and lead a robust sub-contractor ecosystem to scale global capacity.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization, forecasts, and talent distribution.
