Job summary

Rubrik seeks a seasoned Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will drive cross-regional alignment, implement a unified PSA system, and enable data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

You will partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to scale capacity, improve data integrity, and streamline global processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to support Rubrik’s growth and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or PS operations leveraging PSA and AI.
• Direct experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem.
• Proven success building resource management/capacity planning for Global Professional Services.
• Executive-level exposure with ability to present complex data and influence leaders.
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a high-performing resource management system for Rubrik's Global PSO.
• Standardize global processes across NAM, EMEA, APAC and ensure adherence.
• Champion PSA implementation as system of record for capacity planning and forecasting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeding leadership dashboards.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders.
• Manage and lead sub-contractor ecosystem to scale capacity.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization and talent distribution.
