Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a seasoned Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC processes, standardize governance, and enable data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR, and leadership of a sub-contractor ecosystem to scale global capacity and ensure efficient utilization across

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
• Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a direct Consulting/Delivery team.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a resource management/capacity planning system and team for Global Professional Services.
• Significant executive-level exposure with ability to present complex data and influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive cross-functional experience partnering across global teams and operational boundaries.
• Strong understanding of operational systems, BI, AI, and process automation in a global services context.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion process design and implement PSA as system of record to automate capacity planning and reporting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership to enable global decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders and align capacity with demand.
• Lead the sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of the consulting team to scale global capacity.
• Provide executive visibility and strategic recommendations on utilization and talent distribution.
