Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for its Global Professional Services. You will drive alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, implement a PSA as the system of record, and partner with executives to enable data-driven, globally consistent decisions.

You will lead a team to standardize processes, manage sub-contractors, and deliver high-quality executive reporting on utilization and talent distribution across regions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
• Experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem integrated with consulting teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale a global resource management system.
• Significant executive-level exposure and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional partnership across global teams and boundaries.
• Knowledge of AI, PSA systems, and process automation in a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Standardize global processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to reduce regional friction.
• Champion PSA implementation as the system of record for capacity planning and forecasting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data and enable executive-level reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership to enable global capacity planning.
• Manage a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of consulting teams to scale capacity.
• Provide governance and executive recommendations on utilization and talent distribution.
