Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning function for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will standardize processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive efficiency, and implement a PSA system as the system of record to accelerate cycles.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
• Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem.
• Global Professional Services experience building and managing a resource management/capacity planning system.
• Executive-level exposure with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Systems, BI, AI, and process automation in a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a global resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion PSA implementation as the system of record to accelerate capacity planning and reporting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor ecosystem as an extension of the Consulting team.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
