Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Global Resource Leader to design and lead our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will work with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR, aligning NAM, EMEA, and APAC to deliver consistent, scalable processes and trusted data.

You will partner with executives to drive capacity planning, forecasting, and data integrity, implementing a system of record and automating key cycles to accelerate delivery and optimize utilization

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of resource management, capacity planning, or PS operations experience.
• Experience managing subcontractor ecosystems as an extension of a delivery team.
• Proven ability to build and run a global resource management system across regions.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system.
• Drive global process standardization across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion PSA system as the system of record and automate core business cycles.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor ecosystem and scale capacity.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization and forecasts.
