Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead the resource management and capacity planning for Rubrik's Global Professional Services Organization. You will establish the operational foundation and systems, coordinating across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistency and data integrity.

The role partners with PS Leadership, Finance, and HR to enable globally consistent decision-making, manage a sub-contractor ecosystem, and drive automation to accelerate core business cycles.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations experience.
• Experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of Consulting/Delivery teams.
• Proven success building a global resource management/capacity planning system.
• Executive-level presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive cross-functional experience across global teams and operational boundaries.
• Strong understanding of operational systems, BI, AI, and process automation in a global services context.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and operate a global resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Drive operational alignment across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to standardize processes and reduce regional friction.
• Champion design and implementation of a PSA as the system of record to accelerate cycles.
• Ensure data integrity and harmonized reporting for global leadership decisions.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership to enable global process ownership.
• Lead and manage a sub-contractor ecosystem to scale capacity.
• Provide executive reporting on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
