Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Global Resource Leader to build and lead the resource management and capacity planning function for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will standardize processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive automation with a PSA system of record, and partner with executive leadership to ensure data integrity and scalable capacity.

The role requires 7–10 years in resource management and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA and AI.
• Direct experience managing sub-contractor ecosystems as an extension of consulting/delivery teams.
• Experience building global resource management systems for professional services.
• Significant executive-level exposure with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional partnering across global teams and operational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Standardize global processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC with ownership by regional leaders.
• Drive automation and PSA implementation to eliminate manual steps and accelerate cycles.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership to embed process ownership.
• Manage sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of Consulting/Delivery teams.
• Provide executives with high-level visibility on utilization and capacity forecasts.
