Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of resource management, capacity planning, or PS operations experience leveraging PSA and AI.
• Direct experience leading sub-contractor ecosystems as an extension of a consulting/delivery team.
• History of building and managing a global resource management/capacity planning system for a global PS business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Drive global process standardization across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to align execution.
• Champion design and automation, including PSA as system of record to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR to enable global stakeholders and capacity planning.
• Manage sub-contractor ecosystem to scale global capacity.
• Provide executive visibility on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
