Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for its Global Professional Services. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive data integrity, and enable executives with actionable insights.

This role requires 7–10 years in resource management or professional services operations, with experience leading sub-contractor ecosystems and implementing PSA solutions. A strong cross-functional partner is essential for global success.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a global resource management system.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system tailored for Rubrik’s Global Professional Services Organization.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistency and data integrity.
• Champion automation and PSA implementation to reduce manual effort and accelerate capacity planning and reporting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds for leadership decision-making across regions.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR, and leadership to enable global stakeholders and align capacity with demand.
• Lead sub-contractor ecosystem and integrate partners as an extension of the Consulting team to scale global capacity.
• Provide executive visibility and strategic recommendations on utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution.
