Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead resource management and capacity planning for Rubrik's Global Professional Services. You will standardize processes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, while partnering with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable leaders and drive data-driven decisions.

This role requires 7–10 years in resource management or capacity planning within a Global Professional Services context, with experience managing sub-contractors and delivering

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
• Direct experience leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a Consulting/Delivery team.
• Demonstrated success building a global resource management/capacity planning system and team for a Global Professional Services business.
• Significant executive-level exposure and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive cross-functional experience partnering across diverse global teams.
• Strong understanding of systems, BI, AI, and automation in global services context.
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field preferred; practical experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, development and operation of a high-performing resource management system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC with active enablement of leaders.
• Champion process design and PSA system implementation to automate capacity planning and reporting.
• Ensure clean, harmonized data feeds to leadership for decision-making.
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, HR to enable global stakeholders.
• Lead sub-contractor ecosystem to scale global capacity.
• Provide executive visibility and strategic recommendations on utilization and talent distribution.
