You will drive strategic accounts, educate healthcare professionals on rare disease therapies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payer access and patient outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in pharma, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution (science or business a plus).
• 10+ years pharma industry experience in related, diverse functions/roles.
• Clinical experience selling specialty/rare disease products in a large geography spanning multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness around rare disease states based on marketed products and drive business development.
• Strategic account management—translate strategy into action.
• Plan and work across all states/regions of the geography.
• Manage leads with timely follow-up and execution of territory business plan.
• Guide prescribing process for HCPs and support services with compliant behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to tailor local market needs.
• Support HCP conferences with key messages and approved resources.
• Travel up to 60% across territory and to regional/national events.
