Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; science or business a plus.
• 10+ years pharma industry experience in related, diverse roles.
• Clinical experience selling specialty/rare disease products in a large geography.
• Strong local relationships, access, and market knowledge.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness around rare disease states based on company marketed products.
• Strategic account management—translate strategy into action.
• Plan and cover multi-state geography consistently.
• Manage leads with timely follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales forecast and develop territory business plans.
• Guide HCPS through prescribing process and support services.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Execute marketing initiatives and support local speaker programs.
• Support conferences with presence and approved resources.
• Adhere to compliance and complete trainings on time.
• Submit call activity in CRM (Veeva) and complete expense reports in Concur.
• May travel up to 60% to regional/national events.
