Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer competencies.
• Able to handle cold calling and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Acuity's Occupational Health Services.
• Develop a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities via research and networking.
• Manage geographic territory coverage and build provider relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and process Provider Service Agreements with providers.
• Create and run reports to support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable contract requirements and standards.
