Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Recruiter to recruit medical facilities into its worldwide provider network and serve as their primary liaison, with extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiations across CONUS and OCONUS.

The role requires strong sourcing, documentation, reporting, negotiation and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to build relationships with facility staff and manage agreements.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in recruiting medical facilities is a plus.
• Ability to research opportunities and build candidate pipelines.
