Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Provider Network Recruiter to recruit medical facilities into Acuity's worldwide provider network. This role involves extensive phone work, cold calling, and negotiating pricing with facilities across CONUS and OCONUS.

The position reports to the Provider Network Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in recruitment, with 2-3 years in medical facility recruitment, strong sourcing, documentation, reporting, and negotiation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5-6 years of experience, with 2-3 years of experience specific to medical facility recruitment.
• Ability to participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements.
• Demonstrated comfort with negotiation process required.
• Performs duties in a safe manner. Follows the corporate safety policy. Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and recruit medical facilities and clinics for Occupational Health Services initiatives, with low to moderate direction.
• Develop and communicate a self-generated recruitment opportunities list via thorough research and networking.
• Understand geographic territory and proactively secure provider coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility providers and office staff; respond to communications.
• Learn details of medical exam components and negotiate pricing on agreements with providers within guidelines.
• Use software to set up and maintain facility information and run reports to support recruitment.
• Collect and disseminate Provider Service Agreement paperwork; coordinate credentialing with the Credentialing Manager.
• Resolve complex issues by running advanced reports and managing provider calls with professionalism.
• Comply with Commercial & Government contract requirements as they apply to facilities/entities.
