Acuity International is seeking a recruitment professional to recruit medical facilities into its worldwide provider network. The role involves extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiations with facilities both in- and outside the CONUS, supported by solid sourcing and reporting skills.

Reports to the Provider Network Operations Manager and participates in cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant provider enrollment and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 5-6 years in recruiting healthcare facilities.
• 2-3 years specifically in medical facility recruitment preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Recruit medical facilities into Acuity's provider network.
• Cold call and negotiate pricing with facilities CONUS/OCONUS.
• Develop and maintain provider relationships and credentialing processes.
• Generate and analyze reports to support recruitment efforts.
