Job summary

You will build relationships, manage provider credentials, and run reports to support recruitment. The position reports to the Provider Network Operations Manager and emphasizes compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years total experience with 2–3 years in medical facility recruitment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to perform cold calling and territory management.
• Familiar with OSHA/ISO/JCAHO standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Occupational Health Services.
• Cold call prospects, research opportunities, and negotiate pricing.
• Manage provider geographic territory and secure coverage.
• Coordinate paperwork, credentialing, and provider service agreements.
• Generate and review reports to support recruitment efforts.
